Gerry Staley – President/Owner
Gerry has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and has an in-depth knowledge of the needs of the general contractor. His background includes management of large scale construction projects and design analysis. Gerry serves an active role in project management, estimating, and the day to day operations of the company.

Joe Ogier – Vice President of Project Management & Estimating
Joe has been with Paul Abt Contract Floor Coverings, Inc. for over a decade and brings over twenty years of floor covering experience to the company. His duties include project management and estimating. He was instrumental in the move to computerization of the company’s systems and has helped the company adopt cutting edge procedures that insure total customer satisfaction. Joe Understands the needs of owners and end users. Joe holds a degree in Architecture from the University of Kansas.

Mark Barrow – Vice President of Operations
Mark began his career in floor covering shortly after graduating high school and joined the company as an installer. In 1991, his attention to detail and knowledge of the business earned him the position of Manager of Field Operations. Mark’s 25 years in the business allow him to respond quickly to the needs of both the customer and our installers in the field. His duties include scheduling, safety, material control, and labor management.

Jan Ballas – Office Manager
Jan began with Paul Abt Contract Floor Coverings, Inc. in 1988 as an assistant bookkeeper. Her dedication to quality and accuracy allowed her to assume the role of Office Manager and Corporate Secretary. Jan played an active role in the company’s transition to computer automation in 1993. She now handles the financial and administrative functions of the company as well as assisting with project administration.

Don Staley - Quantity Takeoff Specialist
Don has been with Paul Abt Contract Floor Coverings, Inc. since 2000. His duties include doing takeoffs from drawings utilizing the company’s computer system and other project support functions.
